I know they wanted him gone until he went on a run this year.
They are about to extend him though, and next year he loses all his seniors. Just like Sam did after a win season.

Sam Pittman just said they're going to have the 'NIL' they need to boost the roster this upcoming offseason. #wps
I'm guessing the boosters kicked in the millions to hire somebody decent as OC and rebuild the roster.
We shall see......
Landed Keyshawn Blackstock, one of the top ranked JUCO lineman last year from the portal shortly before this was said.
