GT sucks, but they don’t suck as much as last few years. Key is not a clown like their last coach. It’s Thanksgiving week, hope Kirby can keep thee kids focused. GT can beat us.

It’s also a 7:30 kickoff instead of the usual noon.

There will actually be a few Tech fans there

Their toughest game this year was UNC

Yeah the biggest drawback to the night game is losing the time to prepare for the SEC Championship game.

Obviously will be a bigger challenge than yesterday, but come on man: you know this isn’t going to be close.

All somewhat relevant points and I’ve seen some amazing shite go down when we play big night games at home in my lifetime but there is no way in hades we are winning this game. Our defense is awful. We can’t stop anyone unless we get help with turnovers. Our offensive line is somewhat improved after 4 years of being the worst line I’ve ever seen but we still struggle against good d lines and our QB tends to turn it over when under pressure.

Making a bowl game is a good step forward for the program this year but we are no where near ready to start beating or even playing close against top 5 teams. You guys would have to turn it over 5 plus times and play by far your worst game of the year and we would have to play our best to even have a chance. Dont forget we got blown out by Bowling Green at home earlier this year and blew leads over Louisville and Boston College as well. We can’t stop anyone without help from the other team.

Playing scrubs from scrub conferences is always a real ball buster.

Georgia 42 - GT 7.

Stop being ridiculous, dawgs. Enjoy your dynasty as it is.

This is probably the most lopsided of the instate rivalry games. Tech needs a miracle

Do what?

The only "danger" regarding this game is the possibility of injuries/suspensions going in to the SECCG.

I am of the opinion that at some point the Dawgs will simply overpower GT by attrition like they did last season.

While this may be a little bit of a letdown week on paper, it will be no less of a challenge to Kirby and the staff.

However, I do feel like they will rest as many of the walking wounded as possible. McConkey, Ratledge and a few others may not see very much action.

Going into the SECCG undefeated is exactly where Kirby wants to be.

There will be more Georgia alumni in the stands than GT fans.

Hopefully there are no Techie’s here to see this…but Key is a good man and a good coach. And he’s going to have them moving in the right direction soon.

That being said, obligatory: “Tech Lies, Tech Cheats”.
