I’m telling you right now they don’t have the funds to do it. If they lose Saturday or get blown out by Missouri that may motivate some people.

You do not have to have the funds right now.
There would be a lump sum payment, then the rest would be paid out over a timeframe.
There is nothing in his contract that states he is given a briefcase full of cash before he leaves the football facilities. Every buyout is paid over time.
