Maybe, but I don’t think they do. Auburn had to abandon their running game early that day(which is the strength of their offense) because they couldn’t stop Daniels. Also because of JDs running ability, defenses can’t just pin their ears back and attack the quarterback. They shift to a containment game which gives him more time to pick a secondary apart. Auburn defense plays their best when they have an aggressive game plan. Had to soften up the blitz packages against LSU because of Daniels.
