With the tutelage of Monken, Bobo is running an offense that resembles what a lot of pro teams are running. It is pretty complex in the formation and motion and reads. Kids who come here know they can showcase their abilities to understand and execute in an NFL type offense … which helps with recruiting as well as makes it hard on less complex defenses. This is true but ya know what? I still got a massive smile on my face seeing us run the I-FORMATION on one of our early goal line TD runs. I definitely don't want to go back to the plodding old school pro style I like we ran 20 years ago, but every now and then I absolutely lvoe it.
