Not taking anything away from those aughts LSU teams. They were incredibly talented teams but it is probably worth 7 more conference wins over a 12 year period if the traditional power of the division is down a bit over most of that period.

2012, 2013, 2015, 2018 were all years that LSU was good enough to maybe win the west and SEC.
