Mixed bag of Ole Miss also on the football team, 3 of last 5 hires didn't win half their games.

My point is, there aren't many Steve spurriers and Urban Meyers wandering around. You have to take a chance sometimes. Big names are not always the answer either.
I would love to have Kiffin right now but would have passed on him 5 years ago. Lane Kiffin's current record at Ole Miss would get him fired at UF.
And BTY I am a huge Ole Miss fans, 2 sons went there and I almost did too, but using them as an example doesn't work. They have a pretty disfunctional Athletic Dept.
