It is called institutional racism. No other way to explain it. Anyone who tries is only full of it.
They not only fire the black coach for doing a better job but they pay the white coach much more to be worse.

Sumlin didn't get it done and he got fired!
He obviously would have had more time if he had a contract anything near Jimbo's.
With Kevin Sumlin's pedigree as a coach, he could not command that type of contract.
That being said, as far as I am concerned, Jimbo should have never been hired. It seems like he has zero GAF at this point.

Look at their contracts, first off.
Second, it was clear that A&M was on the decline in Sumlin's last year.
