I've seen a lot of unwarranted negativity out of AL.com this week after Auburn lost by 7 points to a team currently ranked 11th. I had Auburn winning 6-7 games this year and they're still on point to do that. They played well enough in the 2 losses at home which includes the two teams that could possibly represent the East and West division in the championship game. Either way, AL.com is acting like you guys weren't supposed to suck this year. It's not like every loss has been similar to the LSU game.

Can Hugh Freeze stop waffling and start winning at Auburn?

The Hugh Freeze honeymoon at Auburn is over

AL.com hates Auburn and takes every opportunity to slander them. Auburn could win a championship in every sport in a single year and those pricks would still be hating on them.

Goodman is wannabe provocateur… a poor man’s Paul Finebaum. His job is to stir shite up. I never give that assclown any clicks but I’m sure a lot of people do.

I will say Freeze’s indecision on QB is really weird. Robby Ashford is the better athlete, Thorne ain’t it.

I don't know, but those articles are absurd. No one expected Auburn to win the games that they have lost, and the fact is, they have played pretty damn tough, and besides the LSU game, have been within 1 score in the 4th quarter. That is impressive considering the dusty cupboard that Malzahn and Harsin left.

The only thing I'd say that Freeze has kind of bungled is the QB spot, and not sticking with Ashford solely. Thorne doesn't really bring anything to the table, and there really is no reason to give him any snaps over Ashford.

Meh, 2 of 3 are Goodman and Scarbinsky. I wouldn't print their articles to wipe my arse with.

Goodman is the type of guy who will blast Freeze and Auburn now, and then if/when Auburn has a good season in a couple of years, he will sing their praises as though he never questioned Hugh Freeze as Auburn’s HC.

In short, he is a guy who will say whatever generates the clicks. When it comes to Auburn, criticism generates clicks right now.

In fairness, it's always been a sign of rock-bottom when you lose to OM.

Often times it's the second season for a college coach when you get an idea how he's going to do, not the first. There are exceptions I'm sure but two examples would be the difference between the 1st and 2nd seasons for Nick Saban and Kirby Smart at Alabama and Georgia respectively.

Once you realize these outlets are in it for clicks and eyeballs and ad revenue you take it all with a grain of salt. They write and post shite that gets fan bases riled up and there’s no better place to do it than in the Iron Bowl state.

And he's definitely not basing this on skin color or anything...
