napier may be figuring some things out and uga game might be closer than the odds predict

I still think Napier needs two more solid classes to get back to where they can be more competitive with top of conference

Teams left in conference title/playoff contention:
UGA
Bama
Tenn
Mizzou with one loss is mathematically alive
Ole Miss but need some help they may not get
LSU hanging by a thread, even if they win out it may not be enough
Florida still has an outside shot as well similar to LSU especially with UGA and FSU on the schedule and potential Bama in title game

Then UGA finishes up 7-5.

Thanks for the bulletin board material.

I have seen crazier things happen, but that would be a huge upset. I think the more likely outcome is similar to Kentucky's win over UF. We have to play great just to be average teams.

We still have road games at Mizzou and LSU.

If you wanted Mizzou to have any chance at the playoffs, it would require every team they have played to win out (except Georgia v. Mizzou, Fla v. Mizzou, and Mizzou in the SEC champ.)
A 1-loss to Mizzou who hypothetically beat Georgia and whoever in the SEC champ, plus the only loss to a 2-loss LSU might look better than some other 1-loss conf. champ.

If Florida beats Georgia then it comes down to the Vols Vs UGA. Vols will be riding high after beating Bama.

Just because Georgia loses one of its best players doesn't mean it will lose to the Gayturds.

I say it will be Texas A&M! They are deserving with those top 5 recruiting classes in the last 5 years.

Why should Georgia fans put in the effort to explain how shite works to you? Figure that shite out yourself, the past two years of total domination and national championships has me not really caring how, winning is how, you figure out the matrix….it all goes away next year anyhow.

You’ve been here since 2020 so you probably should know this, but I see you don’t have a lot of posts so maybe this forum isn’t your life. If you haven’t figured it out yet, the forum isn’t big on speculation and intellectual exercise.

You’ll get a poster or two like Nicolastiger who will think the scenario through and respond. The rest of the 6th graders will just make fun of you.

Their odds increased with Bowers going down but I still think they don't have enough hairs on their arse to beat UGA this year, with or without Bowers.
