Proctor has good lower body strength but with heavy feet. What he does not have is good lateral mobility / quickness. He does not have good upper body and hand strength. Against experienced DE's he need to have heavy strike hands and the ability to lock on with inside hand position and arm extension. Until he can arm press and control a 300# DE, their experience will be able to shed him and make plays.

Makes you wonder why he’s playing left tackle instead of guard, then.
