Are we running a lot of 2 TE sets? When we run a single TE and keep him in to block, is he typically off left or right tackle?

I honestly haven't paid much attention. But it could be we either need a TE blocking on that side more often or maybe in a single TE set, he is off RT more often, which skews the # numbers.

No matter how you slice it, it's terrible. Even if some of the sacks are just Milroe not throwing it away and running out of bounds behind the LOS.
