We wouldn't even have to go that far if our OC was creative.

We could have the TE chip, then release late as a security valve.

We could motion the TE late to that side to chip quickly then get out on their route.

Different ways to address this issue but we need an OC who can think without Saban cattle prodding him (see 2nd half quick throw adjustments against A&M which Rees went away from... see 2nd half running the ball adjustment Rees went away from... etc).

Bingo

This should have been a plan for weeks. #4 would know he has an out on every pass attempt and the defense would have to use a player to counter #45 in the flat.
