Kentucky has probably the best overall coaching staff in the SEC right now.
They are also top 25 in both offensive and defensive scoring efficiency.

If the game were being played in Lexington I would be more inclined to think that Kentucky could pull off an upset.
Although Carson Beck has not been exceptional, he does have a completion rate of 72% and a QB rating of 162.
My gut feeling is that Georgia wins by 10 points.
