Good thing we are deep. Legs will suck tomorrow. Ellis and Michell will be fresh still.

We miss Graham a bit. Another big body and some help on O.

We need Battle and Ellis to heat up and start knocking down those outside shots.

Brazile was very lucky to not get ejected with that soft kick.

I have no issues with any defense. We played winning defense for the most part tonight

We need an offensive identity

I'd like to think we've just been cold and will actually hit more of these open shots as the season goes on.

I do agree that there's no character to this offense. Very stop and go. No fluidity.

I'm all about the Mark/Battle iso game in the clutch, though. I trust those two to go get a bucket when it has to happen.

Kudos to Mark for carrying us at the end and Lawson for his work down low. Mitchell better get his shite together because we need him with Graham having back issues. I expect Ellis to rebound as I know he hated riding the pine for most of the second half and OT.

That was pretty obvious watching when he came in. Team had instant boost.

Wish Brazile would learn when to tone down the aggressiveness at the rim. We all love his ferocious dunks but sometimes he just flings the ball at the rim as hard as he can instead of making sure it goes in lol

Agreed. Someone needs to buy him a set of rims so he stops trying to take the ones from the gym

Tween his two and Bkockers one, we don’t even risk OT if we simply take the points bs seeking the highlight.

This team just needs to decide if they want to be a team or a collection of talented players playing together.

Blocker's might have been a little more about nerves than selfishness

Does it bother anyone else when Brazile doesn't get a hand up at time when he's defending the 3? I only saw it once last night but really no reason for that.

As for offense, Ellis put up a pretty ugly stat line and got pulled, but the ball really does move better with him out there.

Blocker had a great game but 0 assists in 16 minutes is not what we need at PG right now.

Devo had 3 assists but 5 turnovers.

Mark is our most trustworthy. You let him run the offense in key situations, but.. he really isn't getting the ball moving much. Just 1 assist for him last night.

If you noticed, Muss kept subbing is Blocker in defensive situations. I expect we'll keep getting that, but El still has to be the long term solution at PG, IMO

Indecisive. He was definitely caught deciding between layup and smash.

All things considered, guarantee that Jones dude doesn’t have a game like that the rest of the year.

Me as well. Other thing I see in the stats in the last two games is not double digit assists. We had double digit assists until the UNCG game. UNCG FG PCT. is decent, but should be higher due to the opportunities we had down low against them. That percentage stat is also a bit skewed because of how well Arkansas shot in the second half of that game. Arkansas shot 37% from the field in the first half and 50% in the second half.

3 PT PCT.
UNCG: 17.4%
Stanford: 26.3%

FG PCT.
UNCG: 43.6%
Stanford: 30.3%

Assists
UNCG: 7
Stanford: 6

Turnovers
UNCG: 13
Stanford: 13

I noticed we (Trevon mostly) seem to fall for pump fakes every single time too. Sure we need to contest the shot but no need to jump so high that your stomach blocks the shot
