That has nothing to do with recruiting and depth. Georgia typically does not lock down our state. We recruit nationally. We took 5 recruits of our top 20 last year.

Are you insinuating that Clemson, South Carolina, Florida, Auburn, Alabama and Tennessee does not recruit in Georgia?

Last season Georgia picked up 5 of the top 25 recruits in Georgia. South Carolina got 3, Clemson got 5, Auburn got 3 and the rest were pretty evenly spread among Ohio State, LSU, Alabama and others.

The days of schools having some magical lockdown of talent in their own state has been over for awhile.
