If Pratt had been able to play sure I’d buy that claim. But he wasn’t and it’s wild that you OM fans are trying to ignore your win was greatly aided by not having to go against the best player on either team.

You want us to asterisk every reference to that game with (Pratt was hurt).

Even without Pratt they are probably still the best G5 team.

B/c you guys keep acting like you beat a full strength top 25 team. Pratt is a top 5 college QB in the country this year and would be the best QB in the SEC.

Their backup Kai Horton is a sophomore who is a statue in the pocket and is nowhere near as accurate w/the ball when he's passing. He severely limits what Tulane can do on offense. shite, they could only score 21 points on Southern Miss w/o Pratt.

Highly doubtful. Again, their offense has been completely neutered w/o him. If they still had Tyjae Spears it might be different but he's in the NFL and their current running backs, while serviceable, can't carry the offense in Pratt's absence. If he was out for the year Tulane wouldn't even be the favorite to win the American let alone the best G5.

Tulane losing Pratt would be like if Colorado no longer had Shedeur Sanders. They'd go from being a dynamic offense to mediocre at best really fast. Put him on Bama and or UGA and he's a front runner for Heisman and there would be no debate on who the #1 team in the country was. There's a reason schools like Florida and Notre Dame were begging him to transfer this summer. He's that good.
