That policy has been in place since 2004.
The penalties were increased in 2015, and then again for 2023.
Four SEC schools have not been fined for rushing the field since that fine was started, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi State.

Would y'all be mad if we planted some hedges? Need to make it harder on these pesky students.
