I meant 1 of 3 as in the SEC is 1-2 against Big 12 so far, Hans.

Missouri will likely be SEC champs.

Keep playing more. Texas and Oklahoma will next year.

That really, really is the thing. You can get a ways, a fair ways, with very intricate offense and aggressive innovation on defense. Until you lose both lines of scrimmage. Then - you can still win, but the odds are against you.

Texas is already learning. Credit to Sark. That line was overly aggressive, and would get exposed in an eight game season. But Texas understood it - win both lines.

Now you have to do it for eight games. Nine pretty soon. Football all starts at the line of scrimmage.

Kansas State has great fans with great passion. It cannot be easy to recruit there, but they do it better than others.

A fairly barren talent state and you've already got 2 FBS teams there plus neighboring states poaching. Then trying to recruit outside the state means you have to convince them to come to Kansas for 4 years of their life.

Kansas State fans can melt down as they wish.

It matters, somewhat, how skilled your positions are. But when you lose both sides of the line of scrimmage ? Then you
"can" win. But you have to be very, very special behind both lines to win.

Mizzou did what they always do. They won both lines of scrimmage. Even in SEC play, they're always right there at the line of scrimmage.

That's the difference between Big12 and SEC play. Win the damn line of scrimmage, or lose more often than not.

One day(sooner than later, they are quite dumb) our fans are gonna forget they spent these years trashing Drink and talk about how much they appreciated having a coach that built from the lines out at first.

Instead of his dumbass contemporaries like Pittboss, Heupul etc.
