I just want a well coached team that executes and limits mistakes.
I don't care if we lose games because of talent disparity, what I do care about is losing to teams we have no business losing to. Sam is making it a habit.
Time to move on.

It’s just fundamentally unacceptable for the offensive line to be THE problem in year 4. We asked Sam to recruit, create a better culture and get us up to snuff on both lines. It was a relatively simple mandate and he’s failed.
