That isn't the point he already admits it and is his downfall. Is MSU 2-0? Why would they set him up to get out of the contract? Was he not getting his team to be competitive anymore? Seriously. Even IF his side of the story is completely true and the relationship was entirely consensual (the truth is probably somewhere in the middle between his story and hers) there is no way his being in anything other than a strict business relationship with this woman was going to end well. In the first place its just stupid to shite where you eat. It doesn't matter if you are the lowest man on the org chart or the CEO...don't shite where you eat. Keep the personal and business parts of your life COMPLETELY separate...especially if you are a man because right or wrong men are ultimately responsible for trying to prove they are not the beast they are accused of being and very few have ever pulled it off successfully. Don't be a predator to begin with but also do not allow yourself to be in a position where you can be accused of being a predator...keep the personal and professional totally separate.

Given the events of the past few years and the current atmosphere in the US concerning relationships between men and women at this point any many who thinks they are in a consensual relationship with someone they have a professional relationship with is a damned fool. It makes no difference what the facts are, if you place yourself in a position that you must defend you have placed yourself at risk. As a culture we really need to address this...adults are gonna frick. They are either gonna do it the traditional way which leads to all manner of ill shite when it goes south or they are going to do it as a business transaction. Why the latter is associated with criminal behavior and all manner of seedy characteristics is beyond me...it really should be the norm and encouraged.

I don't care if Tucker is as innocent as the driven snow he is damned guilty of incredibly poor judgement and as such should be terminated immediately and any future employer should be very hesitant to offer him a job. Had he been busted coming out of a rub and tug at midnight the jokes would write themselves but is it indicative of anything other than a biological need fullfilled with as little risk as possible?
