The No. 10 Alabama gymnastics program defeated the No. 18 Georgia Bulldogs (1-6, 0-6 SEC) behind a 198.075-196.975 score – a mark that's tied for the third-highest team total in program history. Behind an energetic crowd of 12,586 in attendance, the Crimson Tide matched or set season-high rotation scores on the uneven bars (49.600) and floor exercise (49.750) for the second consecutive meet.

Alabama (9-2-1, 3-2-1 SEC) got off to an early lead in its opening rotation and led the entirety of the meet. For the third time this season, and the second time in five days, the Tide rolled to a season-high-tying 49.600 on the uneven bars, highlighted by back-to-back 9.950 scores from Shania Adams and Luisa Blanco. Before Adams' night was done, the Columbus, Ohio, native recorded yet another 9.950 on the balance beam before UA steamrolled through the floor exercise, as every Alabama gymnast posted a 9.900-or-higher score for the first time this season. Entering Friday night, the season-high 49.750 mark on floor was tied for the second-highest score in the nation on the event.

The Crimson Tide swept the event titles as Blanco captured the all-around (39.675) title, and a share of the title on the uneven bars (9.950), Adams secured a share of the title on bars (9.950) before also claiming the balance beam title (9.950) and Gabby Gladieux won both the vault (9.925) and the floor exercise titles (9.975).

For the second consecutive meet, Gladieux bettered her career-high all-around score (39.650) as a total of eight gymnasts recorded a 9.900-or-higher score on the night.
