lol.. No coach in the modern era has done big things that had 3 crappy full seasons to start things off. If you can't get an 8-4 record in your first 3 years at UF you dont know what you are doing at this level.

Yeah but you can also win the East and win 10 games and not do shite either like Mullen and McElwain.
