This season may be rough but I say this not trolling at all. Even if this season goes sideways, Florida has to give Napier at least 3 years. 2 years is nowhere near enough time for a coach to truly change a culture and a program. TCU is an anomaly and Urban Meyer type coaches are exceedingly rare. This program needs stability and I feel like Napier in the long run provides that and can turn it around.
