Then he was always a bad person and people along the way allowed him to be and still play football. He didn't become a bad person when he graduated HS.

Did they say "someone broke the door using semen from the parking lot"?

I think the person was saying "Cement". But listening to it, it definitely sounded like "Semen".

He tried that in a small town. He saw how far he made it down the road.

For all the “he’s a moron” talk - it’s been widely whispered that Arik Gilbert has some deep psychological problems and mental illness.

Something happened at LSU - have heard he was smoking synthetic weed that messed him up - but something happened there. At UGA, the focus was more about trying to help Arik off the field than helping UGA on the field and they were getting him help - but then he started stealing from teammates and they had to let him go.

Got his third chance at Nebraska and this happened. The kid isn’t a moron - he has psychological problems and likely mental illness.

He's a criminal

If he was a 145 pound construction worker from Guatemala, nobody would give a shite about putting him under the jail

And ole Missy would be on him like a rabid raccoon if he wanted to play there.

Where did I say he didn't break the law and was defending the actions? Just stating the kid has mental illness issues and it didn't start after he was arrested - this has been ongoing for at least a few years if not much longer. Something on a lower level had already happened at least once and maybe twice - and it was going to happen again w/o full treatment and at least partial recovery.

As to your 145lb Guatemalan, if he was that, wouldn't be a topic on SECR. If you want to discuss Guatemalan's you have come to the wrong website.

Hes from marietta so own your boy. Was a locker room cancer the minute he stepped foot in br. His recruitment makes sense now also. This stems back a long way

Translation: You paid Georgia 247 to tickle your ears with made up speculation and act like they've got the inside track on "someone's mental illness."

So 247 called up Gilbert's psych doc and got all kinds of answers on the kid's confidential files

You can throw your ignorant shade at UGA all you want - but it’s simply untrue. Of course Kirby and UGA wanted the talent but they knew he had major off-field issues and knew he had to get right off the field before he could ever help them on the field - and that was the plan the plan the entire time in Athens.

Without the talent, Kirby could have cared less. But the talent is why Kirby took a chance anyway. It's a fact. It's not shade.

The talk on this site has always been that he has "serious mental issues."

His main mental health issue appears to be that he is 1. a thief and 2. dumb as dirt. Depression bipolar disorder, chronic anxiety, etc. don't make you steal.

That was an easy arrest. Probably got a play by play analysis from the store owner even telling them when he was on his way out.

Did they not have alarm systems and cameras where this dude came from?

Dang, are you a politician? I'm sure he was at UGA on a scholastic scholarship, since he wasn't going to help the football team in the near future.
