Not playing Horn is an opportunity cost, though, because he will improve with experience and can obviously do things Cook can't. This is Cook's ceiling. You won't get more.
As Mizzou fans, we ignore the 5-6 interceptions Cook could have had last year but for some luck.
What if Pinkel had gotten a mancrush on Chase Patton and Chase Daniel got some series here and there and wasn't allowed to throw much?

I understand the sentiment, and as I've commented before, the shite Drink has said would not be said by any other SEC coach.

Horn should start the next game to get a true opportunity. But so should Robert's at RB IMHO.

But, in the event that nothing changes, all is not lost. The team was way better than the record last year. And with Cook a little better, defense playing well, improved OL and RB play, this will be a good team this year.
