2 nights at a hotel on a GameDay weekend are probably close to a 1000 alone.

Maybe for a Mercer weekend.
For the conference games, it’s 750-800 a night . Plus all the taxes and fees. $2,000 before you’ve set foot in the town. Insane.

He said he lived within a mile of the stadium. I understand your worst case scenario here and I agree. But if you are within driving distance, it's fun to go to the game.
