If you mean which team would win on a neutral field at this moment then Nebraska isn’t close. If you judge them relative to their 1995 opponents then I think they have a very strong claim. Beating a prime Florida coached by Spurrier like that to win the title is probably the best postseason performance I can think of

So you think 1995-2019 was such a huge difference? Maybe some, but not so much that they can’t be compared.
