Jay Johnson and Kim Mulkey are elite D1 championship coaches. Right now you can’t put Kelly in that same sentence. He may get there but the jury is still out

I agree. Kelly overachieved last year, which is awesome. But he has to prove it still. His 2024 class is very weak at the moment.

Kelly is 61. He isn't suddenly becoming an elite coach.

100% and I’m a tiger. He has yet to prove he belongs in the upper echelon of coaches. Beating Bama was fantastic but let’s not act like that was a top Bama team.
