I don't understand why UK's is that high. It could be a post-COVID acceptance rate hike, which a lot of public schools have been doing. The requirements to get in to some colleges are virtually nothing now.

I believe Arkansas removed testing requirements during Covid and hasn't re-instated them. A way to improve "equity".

They still have minimum GPA requirements, though.
