She texts him first the next morning and asks why he is mad?

Make sense of that.

Here. It is obvious you didn't read the link, so I will pull the pertinent information out for you:

The accuser states that she said no, but it was a “different kind of no” like saying “I’m tired” “Do I have to?” “My jaws are tired.” The police report uses quotations, indicating that those were her words. Schmidt reports that during this interview and multiple others of the follow-up nature, the accuser didn’t articulate force being used at any point.
