Are you equating mooning to a violent rape?

Nope. I am equating suspending a guy who was never brought to trial to covering up a sexual assault.

I mean, when did Tennessee suspend Manning? maybe I missed it?

No, he didn't. She said...well, here you go:

"The woman confirmed the prior account of her wig getting out of place during the incident in question, but purportedly told Schmidt in that interview and subsequent ones no force was used against her by Jarrett at any point."

Clutch Point

I'm sure you will continue to repeat the lie, though.

And Manning was never disciplined for his sexual assault. After all the information came out about sexual assaults being covered up in Knoxville it would seem to be par for the course that the VOLS cover them up, no?

Are you sure you have the timeline and details correct?
I ask because you often seem to get important things like that wrong when it comes to uga.

Let us know when that happens.

In other words, he is still not allowed to play. That’s what matters.

I never imagined you to be a “guilty until proven innocent” types, but of course you would compromise your integrity when it comes to UGA.

Anyone who hasn't participated in college sports may not understand, but your teammates are family and the coach is your dad.
When I was at Georgia, one of my teammates robbed a Golden Pantry. He'd just won the SEC outdoor high jump. Our coach went to one of his hearings to show support, just like you would if your kid did something wrong.
From what I can tell, Adam Anderson is a troubled young man. I don't know his entire story. I guess the university could turn its back on him and pretend he doesn't exist. But even bad seeds need family.

Cute, then you understand that by not kicking off the team and kicking him out of school all they did was take the spotlight off him and rally around him.

But when you kick them off the team/out of school you remove that support system he’s no longer there and the team/program no longer have that constant focus on him. A couple of guys would stay in touch but most would move on.

Guys, stop debating the clown. He doesn't even read or acknowledge what is clearly fact in the cases. You might as well be debating the moon landing with a guy who thinks it all happened in a Hollywood studio.

The guy thinks his WRs are great when the NFL lets them slide over and over and over again.

Trivia:

What do these guys have in common?

Jonathan Mingo
Rashee Rice
Jayden Reed
Marvin Mims

There's nothing "cute" about it. It's tragic.
He's suspended indefinitely. He's never going to play for Georgia again.
By the way, your sentence structure is like that of an 8th grader.

He’s already sought reinstatement at least once.

I was afraid of this. I am dumbing it down for my audience, should I stick to single syllable words, fewer comas, etc?

Fact fact do you feel I’m not acknowledging? I’m genuinely curious on this point.

The term great has meaning for me, thus it is very rarely used by me. Regardless, WRs do not need to be “great” to be better than UGAs WR corp has been. I doubt that’s debatable at this point. In 2022 UGAs top WR was 93 in yardage(skewed due to number of games) and in the 150s in yards per game. Does anyone honestly believe Mchonkey has an NFL future?

Ok, so This isn’t the first time you don’t realize you are arguing against yourself.

You seem totally oblivious to what matters and what doesn’t, on and off the field.

“had also reviewed and clarified the details of [the woman’s] own testimony with her to the point of confirming that she did not at any point articulate any crime being committed against her (she never directly told him to stop, took any action to try to stop any given action, or articulated force used.),” Schmidt also wrote.

And yet in the actual testimony she cleared told the investigator that she said stop, I don’t want to this.

And she did LATER state that she didn’t want to negatively impact his future at UGA. So it’s factually incorrect to say she never articulated a crime(really poor wording be it’s the buzz word you are hung up on), and later decided or more likely, was influenced into letting him off the hook.

Maybe you should read more than a summary of the incident. It might(really doubtful) she’d light on the event.

Was he reinstated? Charles Manson has filed for parole numerous times.

I'm sorry that I don't speak Tennessee. Try structuring your sentences so that people who speak English can understand.

Drunk?
Substance abuse?
Head wound?
Inarticulate?
Please "she'd" light on the matter.

What part of “He clarified and confirmed her own testimony with her” do you not understand?

she never directly told him to stop

She never took any action to try to stop any given action

She never articulated force used.
