I'm not so sure anymore.

CWS appearances all-time

LSU - 19
Florida - 13
State - 12
Arkansas - 11
USC - 11
A&M - 7
Auburn - 6
UGA - 6
Ole Miss - 6
Alabama - 5
Tennessee - 5
Vandy - 5

National Titles

LSU - 7, 1 runner up
USC - 2, 4 runner up
Vandy - 2, 2 runner up
Florida - 1, 3 runner up
State - 1, 1 runner up
Ole Miss - 1
UGA - 1
Missouri - 1
Arkansas 0 - 2 runner up

State
12 Appearances, 1 national title, 1 runner up

Florida
13 appearances, 1 national title, 3 runner up

Vandy
5 appearances, 2 national titles, 2 runner up

USC
11 appearances, 2 national titles, 4 runner up

Not sure you can put State at #2 all-time anymore.

Wait, I was wrong.

Texas will be #2 when they join. Over FL and State.

Historically it’s been state, but it may be Florida. I was just commenting that state needs to be in the discussion

Vols have six CWS appearances which, unfathomably, puts them ahead of Vanderbilt.
