Chubb went for 100 plus in 2017 as well, but without the TDs.

Tim Tebow, but hell, that was everybody.
He was 0-2 against Auburn.

Two immediately come to mind for South Carolina:

Absolutely Darren McFadden. He beat LSU by himself basically in 2007.
Honerable mention for anyone wearing a Bama uniform from 2011-2018.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)

DeVonta Smith has 5 career TDs against LSU and 6 against Ole Miss. He gave everyone problems though.

For Auburn, Reggie Ball. Average at best GT qb that was Cam Newton and Joe Burrow rolled into one when they played Auburn.

Only one player has ever given me nightmares:

Colquitt.
One of them single-handedly beat Carolina in 2003, in an OT game in Knoxville.
We had no answers for a MFing punter.
Outside of him, Greyson Lambert of all people. Torched.

Reggie Ball v. Auburn
2003 (W, 17-3) - 9/21, 149 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, 9 carries, 26 yards, 0 TD
2005 (W, 23-14) - 17/36, 174 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 9 carries, 18 yards, 0 TD
Sidebar: I forgot Georgia Tech used to be good and had sharp looking uniforms.

Guy builds a hell of a fence though. Keeps the Georgia and Clemson people at bay in the moat.

Didn't really stop him though in his one game starting. Contained him.
And of course, never faced him when he started on those super teams.

Meh. Only had one catch against UGA in the 2017/18 championship game.

Rationalize it if you like, but Tebow never beat Auburn and, ergo, did not "always give my team trouble."

As a Tennessee fan, a few Florida players come to mind like Percy Harvin for example.

Jarvis Jones both times, made a big difference in close games.

John Bond, MSU
He went 4-0 vs LSU running that damn triple option that LSU just could not shut down.
