Gotcha. I actually saw his rant and was surprised how emotionally he was about it. Like, it’s not even a big deal for us fans where the game would be. That’s just a pissing contest our schools get in for fun, to banter.

It genuinely is odd to me that A&M is demanding the game be played at Kyle Field. I don’t like either program, but I hope Texas runs the score up on Aggie if they get their way and the game is indeed at Kyle Field

McElroy grew up a horn fan. He's one of their kind.
Personally, I don't think it's a big deal where we play first. I just think that the rest of the conference is going to be sorry that they didn't listen to us about inviting a cancer into the conference. Time will tell.

I understand why they'd want it at Kyle Field. After all, they're the current conference members. Shouldn't they get a little preference over the new members while it still exists?

I don’t disagree with you — I think it’s just gotten irritating over the past few years bc every time it gets brought up, then they have to remind everyone of their wants/needs. It’s almost as if they are publicly begging and won’t let up. And not to beat a dead horse, but it is 100% younger sibling behavior
