I'm purple and gold, but I thought/think he was a great coach and ole miss was getting a great deal. Turns out Arky is also, win/win (i'm sad to say) imo.

i Thought Houston Nutt was a redneck POS who got lucky every now and then. Alot of that changed the second half of last year. I felt that whenever we played Arky, Cutcliffe coached him up and down the field. I knew he was a better coach than O. So after I researched the man, I was happy to see him come here. I know know that he is the best or at least top three as far as motivating his players. He taught a bunch of kids who've gotten use to losing how to win, and I don't know if there is anything more beautiful than that. The best college football moment (I was at this year's Saban bowl) I've ever been a part of was after the end of the game this past weekend, when we became bowl eligible. There were only about 2-300 Students left in the stands because the weather was miserable, but the celebration was amazing. We cheered the team on for about 20 minutes, and the players responded with some showmanship. As gay as it sounds, the smile on those kid's faces sold me on Houston Nutt for good.
