but didn't have a huge one in 08.

For UGA:
1) Richard Samuel - Played in 2008 as a 17 year old, 6'2" 225lb RB. He didn't get many carries, but with Moreno leaving he will next year. He's a former 5 star recruit and will be a bull over the next few years.

2) Micheal Moore - Our 3rd WR, will likely move into a starting spot next year. With Green demanding attention next year, he should get plenty of 1 on 1 oppurtunities

3) DeAngelo Tyson - Another True Freshman who was forced into action at DT. He's still growing and he arrived a "cat quick" 300 lbs. With some good coaching he'll become a force on the inside.

Marcel Darius - Was a huge DE and good recruit. After playing him a nose tackle for a game they liked it and he is now in the rotation. He is gonna be a monster.

Alonzo Lawrence - Not sure if he will start next year, but my guess is he will. He shut down Julio Jones in the all star game in high school. He seems to be the only person able to do that!...which means he's a beast.

Luther Davis - He is progressing nicely and beginning to play more and more, and when he plays he plays well.
I'm sure there are others I just can't think of them off the top of my head because I feel brain dead right now! lol
If you count recruiting this year there are a few more.

Ryan Mallett - Finally the Hogs have their first true QB since the 8 game stint with Mustain...You have to look back to late 90's to Stoerner for our last QB that could throw

Broderick Green - Still in the works, but he is a transfer RB from USC (originally from LR) that fits our big back needs...6'3 230...If his waiver is accepted, he will have an immediate impact...Michael Smith will STILL be needed and probably be our #1 back...

Darius Winston - A ton of pressure on this incoming freshman to basically shut down one side of the field...He has all the intangibles to be a premier CB in the country, but will face a ton of big name talent at WR's just in the SEC

1) New QB - Whoever he is will have more impact either bad or good on the season.

2) Mark Barron - Freak! He's gonna have to spend all offseason learning the system. Also someone has to tell Justin Woodall what to do.

3) John Michael Boswell - I think Andre is gone. Boswell beat out a couple of upper classmen and a 5 star freshman to become the 3rd OT this year. I hope he's our version of Andrew Whitworth.
