Ross, you just said Florida had a down year last year at 8-4. LSU is having a down year with 3 losses. They do not have the down year with 7 losses and not being bowl eligible. We are not on the same level as them.

Outside of this year, we have definitely been on Florida and LSU's level. This year, we have hit a major slump, but I say give Tuberville one more year before you cast him off completely.

For example, most Auburn fans wanted him fired after the 2003 season, only for him to turn around and go undefeated in 2004. I'm not saying that is going to happen this time, I'm just saying you need to be a little more tolerant of him.

Also, our recruiting will end up between 20-30 ranked whenever everybody elses classes fill up. We were only ranked high because of the number of recruits we had not the quality.

We have a good quality of players committed right now...

But is the any reason to believe that next year is any better? We still have to play WVU and so on. Who is gonna play better to make up for 7 losses?

And if we do have a bad season next year, he is gone for sure. We would be delaying the rebuilding process a year.
