I get it sometimes. Only thing I know that causes mine is Benadryl. In the past benadryl would knock me out. I learned this by taking it just before a long, nightime air flight. I took 2 to knock me out and it gave me the worst RLS I've ever had. Stayed up till 3am. Now I'm thinking a lot of sinus meds might cause it for me.
