Tennessee is the 1st place we can evaluate Heupel for. It’s the 1st real program he has had the control and resources to put his guys on the field. And he’s going to put a bunch of guys in the league. Hooker and Milton are both 1st day guys and the Vols already have a bunch of WRs in the league.

I think this is the first year the Vols can truly evaluate Heupel.

Is he more like a Sumlin or Gus, or can his staff develop a consistent program?
