That's a good read tkeefer.

I've been to a lot of games in a lot of places, while following the Gamecocks over the years (including Nebraska). Oklahoma's place has always been on my bucket list.

Shane Beamer has had a lot of good things to say about his time there.

Spencer Rattler has publicly stated that SC has better facilities ... he didn't say it in a mean or disgruntled fashion.

I'm almost certain that the big tight end who returned to be with his girlfriend has already told his buddies the same.

I really liked the atmosphere at Nebraska but ... it was laid back compared to most SEC stadiums.

I've been to quite a few games at Texas, theirs (and A&M's) facilities are second to none.

I have zero doubt that being members of the SEC is going-to raise the bar, in terms of overall intensity, in both Austin and Norman.

In the B12 there are a handful of places that might be comparable-to every stadium experience in the SEC with the exception of Vandy (football) which is our Duke, Northwestern, Stanford member.

Every place is unique in the SEC, every place has their own special traditions, from cowbells to Cockabooses and Sir Spur, from Rocky Top to War Eagle, from Gator Chomp to Mike to Roll Tide to Uga.

I'm looking forward to seeing Boomer Sooner.
