They aren't getting the one-and-dones. They get guys who are there for three/four years and are able to build rosters and team chemistry.

As much as this guy is wrong, on this he is correct.
It seems the key to winning the tournament, most of the time, is upperclassmen.

Also, many of these teams don't have to compete with football for dollars.
