Bring black has nothing to do with it. If he were white or purple it shouldn’t matter. A young woman is dead and those involved should ALL be held accountable

I guess the lady with the "recruiting staff" driving the vehicle at UGA will be culpable too, for being responsible for the death of the guy in the auto. She's directly responsible for the guy's death, in a university provided vehicle no less.
