Oh I'm not disagreeing with any of your points, just saying that EVERY fanbase is optimistic about any/all offseason moves their respective team made. It's April and everyone is 0-0.

I've been heartbroken too many times by the Falcons that even if this were the 4th quarter of the SB and we were up by 17pts, I'd still expect us to stumble and bumble our way into an L.

Really? This is the hypothetical you went with? Not like we haven't ever seen this happen before...
