I dunno, it’s a pretty mediocre division and we don’t have a proven QB. Not sure ATL is going in on anything other than MEH.

The best QB in the division is Derek Carr, who is the dictionary definition of mediocre. This is a very winnable division and I actually expect the Falcons to win it as long as Ridder doesn't fall on his face. This should be an immensely improved team, and there will be a whole bunch of cap space next offseason too.

And what proven qbs do the rest of the division have? ATL just upgraded their defense big time, and resigned some OL. There are still holes but most of them have been shored up. Going into the draft we can just go BPA at every pick and come out on top. Ridder is the only question mark, but if he ain't the answer, we can go all in on a qb in the next draft. I think this team will be good enough to not have to force Ridder to carry this team. Hell look at Mariotas numbers and if Ridder can do anything better, we could add several more wins. Running the ball a lot like we do, also will take a lot of pressure off Ridder. Plus as of now, our schedule looks pretty damn weak.

A lot of things had to go right in the offseason, and they surprisingly did. This team took a giant leap forward this offseason, with still time left to make another leap.
