Ironic that the Gumps want to lynch Nabers for doing something not even illegal in Alabama.

It's illegal where he did it. Sounds like some justification bullshite Karen.

It's pathetic that someone can be charged with a crime simply for having a gun.

Sufficient punishment for this should be 1 hour of no TV.

If you're serious, then the ban should also include video games and social media like
tik tok.

Glad to see a Bama fan who believes in the Second Amendment.

The Joe Biden combo of Cuyler and Cajunbama can not be representative of the true Bama fans.

Politics nothing to do with it. Your player actually broke the law, unlike the one you people have been melting about for a month. Your player was arrested and charged with a crime, then given preferential treatment.

Funny how y'all are twisting yourselves into knots to somehow justify things in this case but want Miller crucified when he was never charged with anything at all.

The 2nd Amendment doesn't scare anyone. What seems to scare the rant is simply due process.

What's worse?

-Delivering the murder weapon

Or

-carrying a pistol

Not asking about legality, just what is worse.

Concealed carry without permit, misdemeanor, they dropped the charge in exchange for the gun, wasn't really a big deal.

Probably just a Hi-Point anyway. He'll work an hour at whatever no-show NIL job he's got, and buy another one off the street before the start of the weekend. It's all good in the hood.

You seem knowledgeable about all that. Wow! Did you do the same thing?

Bold statement from someone who's been shown to be ignorant already once in this thread.

One of those things didn't happen, so it's kind of hard to say. Nice strawman though.

DA’s office drops charges for multiple people

And now you have been proven wrong.

How stupid are you Karen?

“I’ve never seen a prosecutor do this. If a prosecutor did this without the knowledge and approval of their boss, which is the DA, I would be surprised if they still had a job the next day," Goyeneche said.

quote:

“These are people that the police determined they did not have a concealed carry permit, were in violation of state law and they made the arrest. So, they did their job, but the District Attorney’s office in my opinion didn’t do their job," Goyeneche said.

It's not illegal to carry a gun.
He owned it legally, I brought it to a parade route that was his issue. That is a No,No

Dumbass, they dropped charges for 19 people. The female ADA likely didn’t even know who Nabers is.

So your only complaint is my assertion that he received preferential treatment. Fine, I withdraw that part.

So you fully agree he broke the law, unlike Brandon Miller.

Figures that a thread about an LSU athlete would involve more Alabama fans than anyone.

You people are sick and if it were up to me I'd turn north central Alabama into the world's 2nd largest crater.
