FWIW, this jabroni doesn’t work for the Tuscaloosa News, he works for the Knoxville News Sentinal (shocker) and covers the SEC for USA Today.

Yep. Bout as good as Bama law

Right or wrong, Miller's not gonna be charged. I have no idea who's telling the truth here, there are two completely different accounts but I can tell you his involvement in this is over. In a court of law there has to be testimony. Eye witness testimony or forensics. The DA doesn't feel it is substantial enough.
If I were Oats I probably send him packing but again, I don't have the details and in fairness, Miller hasn't been charged with anything.
The culpability is more sketchy than people think. If he transported the weapon 'unknowingly' then it is up to the DA's opinion on whether he knew the gun was there or not.
If there is a text, a recording of the conversation, eyewitnesses to the conversation where he was told to bring the weapon and did or someone saw him hand the weapon to the shooter then it's pretty cut and dried and he would be charged.

Baw, if you can’t handle media articles of how Oats and Alabama is clueless and mishandled this situation, then maybe you need some time from this board.
What are you even talking about?

Says the unaffiliated guy who has started nearly 20 threads on this topic. 2 years ago, you'd have been banned for spamming the board.

Global Media outlet Dailymail article. Bama fans tell us it’s just a local incident though

The controversial move came days after Alabama Det. Branden Culpepper testified that Miller transported a gun to former teammate Darius Miles that was used in a fatal shooting last month where a 23-year-old mother was killed.

So much for the ole local boy bullshite. Just like nearly ALL local newspapers, Tuscaloosa News is a syndicated paper owned by USA TODAY. That clown's about as much "Tuscaloosa" as he is Kalamazoo!
Again, you display your, now famous, stupidity!
