And this is where I will always disagree. I don't care if it's an Alabama player or a rival player from another SEC school. What should he be kicked off the team for if he didn't commit an offense?

It's the Cancel Culture mentality. It really doesn't matter if you actually don't break the law if there is an appearance of wrong doing you must be punished to the fullest!!

The problem here is it's pretty much all or nothing. It's such a unique situation that there is no baseline for what a suspension should look like. IMO, you either have to kick him off the team or let him play with no suspension. Either choice opens up different cans of worms. I think the biggest issue has been how Alabama officials, coaches, etc have chosen to address and speak on what's happened. Lot of feet in mouths
