That's fine and may be true. I would save some of that middle ground for some indignation for the lowlife that had to come back and create the situation. He too had a handgun. What was his intent and motive? A court of law should reveal that as well.

No disagreement there in the slightest - indignation all around. Probably at least attempted murder or something along those lines but I'm not a DA. At best everyone involved was out looking for trouble and nobody there was some sort of holy angel. Everyone there knew of at least one gun being wielded at 2am on the strip with drinking involved. Sticking around in that situation is asinine.
