No lies in that statement. May not be a crime but those are facts, and if people are so twisted to say the dead woman is a "bad mom" but "Miller is a great kid who did nothing wrong", they are insanely delusional.

The truth is somewhere in the middle and she obviously makes poor choices as did Miller. Is what he did a crime? Maybe not, but that doesn't make him a decent guy.

That's fine and may be true. I would save some of that middle ground for some indignation for the lowlife that had to come back and create the situation. He too had a handgun. What was his intent and motive? A court of law should reveal that as well.
